4. Bookings & Payments

Enquiries and confirmation

Enquiries submitted via our website contact form are an expression of interest only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have contacted you to confirm availability and you have received written confirmation from us.

Pricing

Service prices are listed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies to your booking is the price confirmed in writing at the time of your booking.

Payment

Payment terms and methods will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. Payment is required in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are made in Thai Baht.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us at [email protected] or call us on +66 77 254 813 as early as possible. Our cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. We will always aim to be as flexible as circumstances allow.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, we will contact you as promptly as possible and offer you an alternative date or a full refund of any advance payment made.

6. Membership Terms

The Family Keeping Membership provides access to a collection of general templates, checklists, and information sheets for a defined membership period as stated at the time of booking. All materials provided under the membership are for general informational use only and are not tailored to any individual's circumstances.

Membership is non-transferable. Access to membership materials is personal to the individual or family named at the time of booking and may not be shared with third parties outside that family unit.

7. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or that could interfere with the access of other users.
